The property is so lovely and cosy.. So clean and comfortable .. Had everything a family would need. We had the most lovely hamper waiting for us when we checked in. Michelle and Ronnie had thoughtfully kept colouring books and colour pencils, chocolates and other treats for the kids .. Above all, Michelle was in touch with me to make sure everything was okay.

Exceptional

Rob and Michelle's house was a treat to stay in. We could not have been happier with our choice. The house was beautiful and well furnished. We loved spending time as a family in the living room with its large screen TV, piano and electric fireplace. Our hosts were also generous in leaving us a gift pack, with chips and chocolates. Basic cooking supplies were also provided, as was menus and contact numbers for nearby delivery places. Rob and Michelle also provided supplies for outdoor activities. We enjoyed playing badminton in the evenings. The place even had scooters and swings for kids. There are 3 bathrooms. The upstairs one has a nice bath in it as well. There was also a safe in one of the rooms. The location is pretty good, and if you go up the hill, there is a beautiful view of Inverness from the top. The only small issue is that there is no nearby department store. So you would need a car to run around and get groceries. The nearest place is 2 km away. As a further testament of their hospitality, they not only allowed us to keep our luggage there post check out, but also dropped it to the station for us. It was hands down our favourite place to stay at on our UK trip covering 15 days and 5 cities. If anyone is traveling to UK, would definitely recommend that they visit Inverness, and if they are going to Inverness, then this is the place to stay at. If we could, we would give it 6 out of 5 stars.

Home away from home

Very well maintained with all amenities - perfect for 8 of us to have a comfortable stay and enjoy our golf rounds every day. Apart from the dwelling, Ronnie and Michelle were the most accommodating and helpful hosts. They went way beyond expectations, even to the extent of waiting at the property to collect our lost golf bags couriered from the airport. They even provided us a guitar ( Fender at that!) at short notice. We wish all hosts are like them - very professional with a personal touch.

A really minor detail but with the patio doors in the downstairs bedroom it does mean you can’t have a little window open overnight for ventilation. Everything else was absolutely fantastic about Lindfields.

Exceptional

The house was very clean and spacious. All modern appliances, well kept. We loved our stay. Furnishings were spotless. Lovely touch with the food basket. Communications with Michelle was friendly and helpful. Thank you for all your help Michelle and Ronnie. 3 double bedrooms and two single bed room, 3 bathroom/shower room plenty space for 5 people. Very homely stay.

Comfy and safe.

fully equipped and feels just like home. Comfy beds, clean house, full kitchen, swing for the little one, all sorts of sports equipment, warm floors, piano, the hosts Michelle and Ronnie are such wonderful people.

Lovely property, lovely hosts, lovely land.

We loved absolutely everything about Lindfields. It was immaculately clean and very comfortable. We were welcomed to the property with a lovely gift basket of biscuits, chips, chocolate and even activity books and colors for our two youngest family members. Michelle was a lovely communicator and we felt so welcomed in this gorgeous home. It is well equipped with everything you could imagine. The house is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. We couldn’t have even dreamed of a better place to stay on our visit to Inverness.

We loved everything about the property. You’d be hard pressed to find anything wrong or lacking at this property.

Comfy big beds, fresh crisp linen, kitchenware, & appliances, care packages, host checking we were ok. Location was an ideal base for exploring.

Superb

A really comfortable, spotlessly clean house (I have never been in such a clean house!), very well-equipped and in a quiet area with views over Inverness and surrounding countryside from the spacious, gated driveway. So much provided for our stay - too much to list! But included shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, squash etc etc, and a basket full of snacks! The children's toys in the outdoor area were a lovely touch, especially the scooters as the skate park in Inverness is amazing - many happy hours spent there! Michelle and Ronnie were very friendly and helpful hosts.

The Wi-fi was not quite strong enough to cope with 9 of us and it did not have a smart TV. I was in Scotland for the scenery and to read books but we had 5 teenagers with us. The house is in quite an ordinary residential housing area of Inverness and has gravel rather than a garden (however there is outdoor sofas, a swing set and toys, and the quiet public green next door gives it a feel of a garden, plus the area is very quiet, feels vary safe and has a great view over Inverness).

Wonderful Property

The accommodation was exceptional, it is extremely well equipped, spotlessly clean and Michelle and Ronnie were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make out holiday amazing.

Absolutely Nothing , our only issue was that our stay was not long enough
