قربة من مسجد الراجحي وبعض الخدمات ، البوفيه جيد ، بهو الفندق كبير وشرح ، وهدوءه مقارنه بفندق بملينيوم والفنادق الاخرى
1- (بعض موظفات الفندق) ليس لديهم مهارة التعامل مع الجمهور والنزلاء، ويحتاجون الي تدريب.
2- اشتريت بعض الاغراض والطعام من السوق وسلمتها احدى الموظفات لنقلها للغرفه الا انني تفاجأت عند دخولي للغرفة بعدم توصيلها وعند سؤالهم ذكرو انه تم التوصيل ، وكان ذلك قبل السحور وبوجود موظف اخر شاب ابيض البشرة.
3- للاسف مصعد واحد مؤدي للمسجد، السلالم المتحركة والمخارج المؤدية للمسجد قذرة .
4- الباص المؤدي للحرم سيئ، حيث انه عند ركوبي بالباص وبعد انتظار طويل فيه قال لنا السائق ارجو النزول واستغلال تكسي للذهاب لان جميع المخارج التي (امام الفندق ) مغلقه.
واضطريت اذهب للشارع الرئيسي رغم خطورته وابحث عن تكسي وانتظرت اكثر من نصف ساعه حتى اتتني سياره عاديه وليس تكسي لنقلي لمحطة الباصات لنقلي للحرم .
5- طريقة انتقالنا للحرم مزعجة جدا ولا تصلح للعوائل، الانتقال من باص الي اخر ، والتدافع في الباصات بشكل مقزز .
6- البعد عن الحرم حيث ان موقع الفندق يقع بالنسيم بالعزيزية

Room condition was Okay, need repair and maintenance, our four beds kept in a small room. One bed was broken.

Parking for guest is limited. Rely open parking, causing inconvieniace and diffculties.
As a first timer to check-in at the hotel, we were not guide which floor to take our breakfast next day.
Breakfast time was not advise during checking in at the counter.
The corridor is depends on the sensour to brighten the pathway. Quite eerie if its dark.

لايوحد فيه زحمه ، سعره مناسب يبعد عن الحرم 10 دقايق ، التكاسي عنده فل والباصات وممتاز صراحه ، افضل بكثير من فنادق الي في الحرم مافي مقارنه ، افضل منهم من حيث السعر والنضافه ،
لمن حجزتة قلت بعيد عن الحرم وكذا ، بس طلع قريب ، ان شاء الله بحجز فيه للمرات الجايه ،
ملاحضه : اخذو الغرف الكبيره افضل
العزل بين الغرف يعني مقبول نوعاً ما بس مو القوي ، يعني مرات تسمع اصوات

Likte plassering i Al Naseem, jeg synes det er veldig fint og rolig området å være i. Var i makkah i fjor, da var jeg i et hotel nærmere masjid al Haram, men jeg likte Al Naseem stedet bedre, roligere og rent sted. Likte velsig mye Masjid Aisha ar rajhi. Stooor og din moske å be i. Utenfor hotellet var det butikker og en dagligvare butikk, det var veldig hjelpsomt med sånn butikk ved oss. Vil jeg dra dit neste gang jeg kommer? Det skal jeg gjøre in sha allah!!
Mislikte mest når det var mange besøkende på hotellet for da var det fullt i Mathallen ved frokost tid, folk snek og greide ikke å oppføre seg. Og de som styrte med Mathallen greide ikke å ha kontroll på folk. Men ellers var det ikke så fullt i Mathallen, bare noen få ganger.

3 عند طلب ترقية الغرف لجناح ودفع الفارق لحل مشكلة الرائحة كانو الموظفين يتعاملون بالكذب لمدة أيام حتى انتهت مدة الإقامة .

7 تم ازعاجي كثيرا بخصوص الفطور وان لكل غرفة شخص واحد مع العلم ان الحجز عبارة عن غرفتين وكل غرفة سريرين فردين .
8 اتوقع ان الموظفين لديهم خبره كبيرة في الكذب والوعود الكاذبة وتجاهل النزلاء .

الفندق نظيف ومكان جميل والسعر مقابل السكن ممتاز
الشيء الي ماعجبني أن كلمت الأستقبال على الخروج قال الساعة ١٢ أخر وقت للخروج قلت له الفنادق الي جنبكم كلهم يعطونا خروج الساعة ٢ قال لي كلن له نظامه وحنا نظامنا كذا أستغربت من الأسلوب والفندق ٥ نجوم كنت أتمنى يكون الرد لبق وياليت الفندق يدرب الموظفين على حسن التعامل مع النزلاء وأيضا يكون مثل الفنادق الي بجنبه في وقت الخروج.

وأشكر المدير المناوب الأخ :أيمن الغامدي ، رجل مميز ويملك قدرة ومهارة عالية في حل كل المشاكل التي تواجه النزيل
الدخول للمواقف مُعقد، حيث يجب أن يأتي إليك الحارس قبل أن يفتح العمود ويسجل في كل مرة تدخل فيها للمواقق رقم الغرفة ورقم السيارة وهكذا على طوال أيام فترة الإقامة وكان الأولى التسجيل مرة واحدة فقط عند تسكين النزيل بالغرفة ويتم إبلاغ الحارس بذلك ومدة الإقامة ويفتح مباشرة دون هذه الإجراءات المعقدة.

The overall vibe of the hotel was remarkable,we enjoyed the breakfast buffet which was included in the package.
The distance from Haram is long. They have shuttle service running every 20 min but still it takes 20/25min ride to haram ,then 15/20walk to finally enter the masjid.

My recent stay at the Copthorne Makkah Al Naseem hotel from December 28th to January 1st was nothing short of disappointing, largely due to the deplorable level of service I encountered. Several key issues marred my experience:
Delay in Check-In:
The check-in process was marred by a significant delay, leaving me frustrated and setting a negative tone for the rest of my stay. This initial inconvenience colored my perception of the hotel from the outset.
Failure to Provide a Bed for the Infant:
Despite making prior arrangements and clearly communicating the need for an infant bed, the hotel failed to provide one. This lapse in accommodation for an infant is not only inconvenient but also reflects a lack of attention to guest requests.
Poor Room Service and Cleaning:
The room service and cleaning standards were shockingly subpar. The room was not adequately cleaned, and basic amenities were not replenished daily. It is disheartening to see such neglect in maintaining cleanliness and guest comfort.
Failure to Provide Basic Utilities Daily:
The hotel consistently fell short in providing basic utilities on a daily basis. This oversight added unnecessary inconvenience to my stay, as essentials were not restocked promptly.
Inefficient Shuttle Drop-Off Service:
The shuttle drop-off service proved to be a source of frustration, with consistent delays impacting my schedule. A reliable and punctual shuttle service is integral for guests, and the hotel's failure in this regard is unacceptable.
Misbehavior from Shuttle Bus Driver:
To compound matters, I experienced misbehavior from the shuttle bus driver. Such unprofessional conduct is inexcusable and tarnished the overall experience of my stay.
Small and Tight Rooms:
In addition to the service issues, the rooms themselves were disappointingly small and tight. The cramped quarters further contributed to the overall discomfort of my stay.

لم يعجبني الكثيييير واهمها. سياسة الحجز وتعامل موظفي الحجز. والله على مااقول شهيد حاجزه قبل اسافر وحاطه بطاقة ساريه ولما وصلتهم تعبانه بعد السفر قالوا حجزك ملغي تفاهمي مع بوكينج. خلوني انا وعيالي بدال مانروح نخلص عمره قعدنا نتصل على بوكنج مكالمه دوليه 10 دقايق مااستفدنا. حجزت مره ثانيه لليوم اللي بعده ورحت نمت بفندق ثاني ولما رجعنا بكرى قالوا حجزك لشخصين !وانا حاجزه لثلاثه بالغين واوريهم صورة الحجز يقولون تفاهمي مع بوكينج!!!!! والله ثم والله انهم مرمطوني مرتين. دخلت لاني جايه عمره وتعبانه وقد دفعت خلاص. جاء دور الشنط اقول ابي احد يجيب الشنط من السياره تقولي ممنوع العامل ينزل المواقف يجيب شنطك !!!!!!!!!!! سيء جدا جدا ماهمهم ترضى ماترضى يحتاجون تدريب على التعامل مع العملاء . وابحط صورة حجزي اللي لثلاثة اشخاص واللي انكروها
