Location, a lot of necessities, quick response from host
Towel slightly dirty from previous users and TVs are outdated with few channels and no chance of using netflix, hbo max, youtube or anything like that

It was very good and clean and quite well located away from noisy bars.
Staff was very communicative via what's app. Very easy to check in.
The whole apartment was very clean and bright. The bed was very comfortable. They have everything one need for a short stay including a washing machine on the rooftop for guests use.
It is also close to restaurant, shops ,supermarkets and walking distance to sights. The location w
It could do with some little improvement inside the apartment for better comfort .
We stayed in apartment 4. Quite a bright apartment. But the glass panel above the entrance has a CCTV right outside and it looks to the hall way as well as into the apartment. I don't feel comfortable having a camera that looks into the room. I was able to see the red light of the camera when sitting on the sofa bed or walking past to get into the bedroom.(see the door photo)
The wiring of the hairdryer in the bathroom also made me feel a bit uneasy. And the location also knocks you in the face when you try to flush The toilet.
The clothe rack inside the bedroom was half way blocking the passage and so we tried to move it but it just falls apart because there were no screws to hold the frame in place.
The kitchen faucet also moves around when you use it.
The safe was unusable because the last person left it open but with the lock sticking out.
Shower head worked quite powerful but the hand shower did not work,
Although the place was very clean, they did leave out some place above the hooks where the dirt was building up.( See photo)

The flat was well-planned in such a small area. The location was good.
There wasn't any soap. The bars next door make noise the whole night.
