The service and staff was exceptional. The location is unbeatable, and having private parking in the city centre is a huge advantage.
Large and sumptuous room
They managed everything for us on short notice and with great response times. This was an absolutely fantastic stay and we will definitely come back the next time we are in Istambul.

Cheap and Best Location

Good value for money in the historical part of the city, Mohhamed who doesn't work there but met us was super nice and friendly!
- They have a kitchen on pics and they indeed have that area, but for some reason they closed it for guests so we didn't have an option to even use a microwave.
- Super cheap soap in the shower/shampoo/soap tubes - the same soap everywhere. I honestly can't understand being so reluctant to spend money on basic things for guests.
- Hilariously small TV, haven't seen such small tvs for a decade.
- One chair in the room was broken. Back of the chair.
- The bed is very hard, people who like soft mattresses will have no good rest.
- But the worst part was when we came to a hotel after a long long day, the gate was closed. For literally no reason. Someone closed it from inside and we couldn't open it even with keys for that gate.
Luckily some guy went inside using a kitchen window outside (!!!!) and opened the door for us.
I would recommend only staying for 1-2 nights top. No idea why it's rated so high.
