The location was close to all main attractions and close to transport networks. The staff was amazing and kind hearted, patient and incredibly helpful on our questions. Breakfast was excellent with traditional Turkish and amazing English food/ European. Also, the view from the breakfast floor was exceptional with the view of the sea and lights at night. Lovely garden with tea facility which allowed us to sit in tranquility. All in all, amazing hotel which I will recommend to other coming to turkeÿe.

Excellent location, just a short walk from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and many restaurants and cafés.
The staff were warm, welcoming, and always helpful, making the stay truly enjoyable.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
The breakfast was fresh and satisfying.
Overall, Kaftan Hotel offers great value for money, and I would gladly stay here again.

Very friendly staff!! Great location !! Breakfast was good.
The beds were not very good and the view wasn’t great (but you can see the sea which is nice).
