The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and in a wonderful location, very close to the Blue Mosque. At the reception, Mohamed welcomed us with great kindness. He is a very friendly, helpful and professional person, always available whenever we needed anything. He helped us a lot during our stay.
This hotel is truly worth it. We highly recommend it and would definitely come back!

The service was excellent. Abdurrahman went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Abdurrahman and Mohammed are extremely friendly and went out of their way to help us. Highly recommend Paris Garden hotel.

The location was excellent, situated just a short walk from the old town centre, which offered a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and dining options to suit every taste and budget. Being so centrally placed meant that major attractions, local shops, and cultural landmarks were all within easy reach on foot, a real advantage for anyone who prefers to explore without relying on transport.
The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout my stay. They regularly checked in to see if I needed anything and went out of their way to recommend local restaurants as well as guided tours and excursions worth taking. That kind of personalised service made a noticeable difference and helped me discover places I might have missed on my own.
What I appreciated most was the sheer convenience of the location. Everything I needed, from dining and sightseeing to everyday essentials, was just a few minutes' walk away, making the entire experience feel effortless and enjoyable.
While the hotel has many strengths, there are a few areas where the facilities could benefit from improvement. The lighting in certain parts of the room felt insufficient, particularly in the work desk area and near the bedside, making it difficult to read or work comfortably in the evening. Upgrading to adjustable or brighter lighting options would make a noticeable difference to the overall guest experience.
The bathroom ventilation also needs attention. Without adequate airflow, moisture tends to build up quickly after a shower, leaving the space feeling damp and uncomfortable. Improved extraction or ventilation would help keep the bathroom fresh, reduce humidity, and prevent longer-term issues such as mould or unpleasant odours.
These are relatively straightforward improvements that, once addressed, would significantly elevate the comfort and quality of the stay, especially given how well the hotel already performs in other areas such as location and service.
