About this bed and breakfast
Private sandy, beachfront property, located on Lake Ontario. Safe for kids to swim, kayak etc. Two decks, one overlooking the lake. Very peaceful, steps away from forever wild State land. One mile long, sandy beach, located on State land, next to property.
Nice spot to just relax and enjoy nature. 12 minute drive into Cape Vincent and Chamount.

The place was really beautiful , nice and clean had mostly everything we needed , the view was breath taken the beach was nice , Kid friendly, family oriented. the host was super friendly , the place did not disappoint would absolutely stay again an would recommend to friends an family members , thank you Vivian for having us .

Great location right on the lake with kayaks and fire pit. House was clean and had everything you need. Host was very helpful and great to communicate with. We would definitely come back again

We had an absolutely amazing experience. The property was so pretty private and extremely quiet. You could hear the sounds of the waves it was just so peaceful. Everything you could need was there and we were able to meet our host she was so pleasant and welcoming. The water front area was great even with the lake cold we still had a blast on the water.we will definitely be booking there again.

The host is a lovely, caring host and her cottage is very nicely appointed. We lacked for nothing. We kayaked and rode bikes and enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
