Had the chance to meet the owner. We were late after check in and everything was closed. He made sure we had the dinner in the restaurant.
That was very nice of him.
Loved the band playing last night.

It was an adventure. Lol. The views were nice and we could imagine it has more appeal when bustling with activity.
It just wasn't as expected. Signage and directions to park and enter weren't super obvious - can't imagine if the little strip had actually been busy. The guest entrance was a bit rickety. The room was clean and adequate but the mattress was awful. We clearly chose a bad time to visit because the atmosphere was dead. The restaurant was closed, the patio bar across the street was open but lifeless. We ordered food that was 1/2 good and 1/2 disappointing. There was quite literally nothing to do on the island. We should have stayed in Kingston proper.
