Excellent , attention to detail in everything.
Loved staying here and the gym was excellent.
There appeared to be a group og poeple staying there, that had security staff around, we were told the goverment are responsible for finding them a place to stay.
I think this is great but felt unsettled with the amount of security guards about.

The breakfast was great and the location was awesome. The front desk staff was very professional and friendly. I would like to thank Nicole at Home2 Suites by Hotel Kingston for her assistance to get around the city.
One morning, the fire alarm went off and there was no hot water for some reason. But, hot water was restored hours later as explained by front desk staff.

Staying last year very happy with the hotel went back this year with a high ecpectation as our previous visit. Unfortunatly not happen this year.
Booked a room for 2 adults and a child.
Extra bed was not ready or either been made.
Plugs sockets was not working for microwave and coffee machine.
Attitude of the staff at the check out when we quoted the issues lady at the reception didn't give apologies but tried to argue to us instead.
