Best place to stay in Kingston.

Great location on a main road at the west end of Kingston. Friendly staff. Although the room has baseboard heaters, they work great with the wall thermostat. Windows have modern coverings and all room amenities are good/modern. Comfortable bed. Good wifi and TV channels.

This is not a negative, but if you’re a light sleeper…request a room away from Princess St.

After trying several places in Kingston and being disappointed, this is our new "go-to" motel.

Although the room was not very spacious, it was quite adequate; not quite the "glam" of a big chain but it suited us fine; spotless. Everything was provided including a fridge, microwave, coffee machine (with real dairy). There was even a lovely robe; (we bought one!). We asked ahead for a very firm mattress and got it. Road noise was iffy in the early evening but settled down and didn't bother us. Grounds and pool are lovely. It is much better than its look from the road. All staff were great!

There was no place to hang up clothes. Shampoo dispenser didn't work. It would have been helpful if one of the electrical outlets had a built-in USB port for charging but I borrowed a portable from the office.

Too expensive for this quality

It was clean and welcoming staff

I was disappointed because photos didn’t match the reality. It’s a road motel. no coffee in the room which in the morning wasn’t comfortable at all

It was clean, cute and staff were great.

Was a little noisy due to traffic but that’s to be expected on a busy road.

Excellent motel

AS a motel it is five star . Have a nice big yard with a pool ,quiet,parking just in fron t of room.Bed was very good.Bathroom was clean.Kitchen has a microwave an d coffee maker. Stuffs was great and helpful.

wash bin was in small Kitchen,not in bathroom.No kitchen sink. We prefer more Kitchenette.

Convenient overnight stop. Spacious and clean.

Easy, comfortable & spacious. It is what it says on the box. Nice, clean motel. No bells and whistles. Comfy bed & good sized bathroom.

Would have liked a bit more information re the location i.e. it's on a very busy road and quite far to town, places to eat etc.

Like home with down to earth helpful staff-Like it so much came back, Nicely kept grounds & pool.

Great sleep comfy bed, lots of pillows, clean room with windows you could open. Housecoats supplied with lots of towels. Good wifi and staff was very courteous & quick to respond to anything required .

Smokers should be in one section. Although it is pet friendly I found myself being waken up very early by a yappy dog. They should have a spot at the end as not to disturb people on their holidays Pets should not be allowed in the pool area

laid back, beautiful, & idyllic of old family trips

privacy, quaint, beautiful setting, amazing service. the wildlife like setting is spectacular with bunnies and wild birds , swamps and beavers. park car at your door. quiet and calm

wifi ok but not strong not in the city need to drive to places
