Location. Discount for Denny’s.
Staff were friendly upon entering each time.
Room was comfortable. Room made up second day appreciated. Restocking of towels.
Access to room. Second level. Mid way access then back to end of hall.
Not a problem just not as convenient.

All staff, front desk,cleaning staff and people in the hall were all very friendly and said good morning. I like the fact that the front desk called to ask if everything was fine when we were getting settled.
Dirt and cigarette butts on the ground outside our sliding door to the outside. The corners on the bathroom floor were dirty and a towel from a previous guest was still laying in the closet, but it's not the end of the world. From what I can tell cleaners aren't given enough time to be thorough and are rushed.

Good location, clean bedding and towels, good strength of shower
Bathroom was run down, trim was falling off and there was visible mold on tiles and dirt on walls.
