It was uncomfortable, awkward and we didn’t sleep well at all. Probably will not go back

Room was fairly small. Bathroom was tiny! Beds were squeaky and uncomfortable. No view at all from our room. The only thing we could see was the roof, and some guy sitting on the roof smoking staring at us! Very uncomfortable. No sound proofing on doors or anything so you can hear everyone else’s conversations… and more.

Was taking an early morning train. The location for that was good. I got up early and could walk!

Turning the lights on and off - Plugs and switches in awkward places.

It was ok

Staff were great and very friendly. We had issue with our TV and they quickly rectified the issue with a smile on their faces

We were in town for a sports event. Priorities include sleep and easy access, and that's what we got

Overall the bed was quite comfortable, no complaints here.

One of the toilet paper dispensers was broken, really not the end of the world but it had been placed as though it was fine but the moment you went to take some tissue it would fall, so it was completely useless. There was some hair in the washroom when we arrived. But overall, everything was totally fine.

Check maps for train tracks nearby before booking in the future.

Under renovation . Beds worn out. Party goers from midnight to 3am on Friday night till silenced by front desk visit Hotel close to a train track with frequent noise. No Restaurant due to renovations.

We had a lovely stay and would certainly stay at this location again.

We have stayed in the hotel previously and it is always a pleasant stay, with friendly and efficient staff. The rooms are spacious and the fact that there is always a cart for luggage available is a bonus

On previous stays I have never encountered a room that wasn't up to cleanliness standards but on this stay there was food on the floor from previous customers and I thought this was somewhat odd however in the present times I put it down to staff shortages and the many demands on the staff that are able to come to work on a given dy

Disgusting Dirty Rooms and hotel and disgusting customer service!

absolutely nothing the hotel is disgusting!

Our room was filthy dirty, someone’s hair was all over all the bed linen, blood stain and dirt in the bed, clearly was not cleaned or sanitized. When I asked to speak to the manager the front desk clerk was not very helpful until I asked 3 times for her to call the manager and she kept telling me she is busy without even calling the manager. Front desk clerk calmed her attitude when I said that I would be emailing the head office and showed her the disgusting rooms they rented me. Also my husband and I travelled with our 3 kids and they wouldn’t rent us 1 room they made us rent 2 rooms stating that 5 people couldn’t be in a room with 2 queen beds even though they do offer cots.

Wasn't the best but wasn't my worse

One room had cookies in the coffee machine and no screen in the window you don't have the plastic cover over pillows and u can see yellow spots on the pillow I had blood stains on my comforter, pillows are not comfy at all and the pool was not open due to construction which was not mentioned during my booking

Maybe this is on me, but you let me book the room with a debit-credit card number- everything looked good until I got there & they told me they need an actual credit card & that you should have either not accepted it or notified me I’d need a legit one upon arrival. Just a big waste of time.
