Exceptional

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was gorgeous! Oh that tub!

Wish there was hot water or faster hot water supply, I so wanted to use the tub when I seen it.

Probably won't be back. As owner could not e plain tax amount on my bill

There was no anything.. no coffee water nothing.

The fact that there was maybe one working outlet, none in bathroom. Microwave did not work. Comforters had lots of previous guest stains on them. Bathroom mirror has slashes from previous guests. À

The room was basic no frills and clean, the neighbourhood made me feel uneasy however.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and we were close to restaurants and grocery stores

The room had a very strong smell like cigarettes and/or marijuana even lighting scented candles didn't help

The beds are so comfortable, room looks nice, close to stores and restaurants. Loved it will come again

All around awful experience

Absolutely nothing other than the young man who took the key back was kind.

The staff at the front desk (older man) was extremely rude, they upcharged us for having a third person in our room when we originally booked for 4 anyways. Then tried to give us a single queen bed when we booked 2. We got to the room which was FREEZING and didn’t warm up at all within the 2 hours we were there before deciding to leave without refund (they won’t refund) and go somewhere else. Not only was the room freezing, it was dirty with stains on the bed, curtains, chair and carpets. Old smelly spilled drinks in the mini fridge. The bathroom floor was randomly soaked (leaking sink maybe?) and there were cigarette burn holes in the chair in our non smoking room. All around awful experience

Overall, the feeling was bad, we were just hoping for the night to be quickly over and to get out.

The location is good for a stopover for our long distance drive from Toronto to Montreal. It is near the freeway and there are restaurants near it for a quick meal. There is Netflix on the TV channel. The TV is modern and quite usable. The parking lots are just beside our room door, so it is easy for us to unload our luggage.

The room doesn't feel clean. The carpet looks dirty like it has never been vacuumed or shampooed ever, and the area around the bedside table was damp. There are crumbs and God knows what else in between the bed and table. Thee is a strong smell of antiseptic when we entered the room, much stronger than in a hospital. There're stains on the red duvet cover, like mould or rat faeces left on it. The table looks dirty with debris left from previous guests. The top of the fridge also has sticky stuff left from previous guests. There was a little cockroach on the wall and we killed it... The face towel is full of brown stains like someone had used it to remove makeup and couldn't be washed off afterwards. There is no bedside light, no kettle, no coffee/tea, no shampoo provided, only soap bars. During booking, the option I selected mentioned breakfast is included. But when the booking email came, it indicated: No meal plans. And this was confirmed when we checked in, there's no breakfast included with the room. We chose this hotel over another one because this one mentioned breakfast included. Their booking com listing needs to be amended, and quickly. During booking, the number of guests I input was 4. The price indicated on the option I selected was for 4 persons. However, at the check-in, the receptionist insisted that I need to pay additional $20 for 4 persons. He said I can take it up with booking.com for the disparity in price indicated. This is the first time I have to pay for additional persons after confirming the booking on the website, and I've already done so many bookings on this platform with no issues, usually the price indicated is always the confirmed price for the number of people you put in. Worst of all, with the payment made for 4 persons, there are only 3 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 face towels provided in our bathroom. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

I would never return or recommend any friends to stay there.

The beds are comfortable

The first room I was assigned to smelled SMOKE. The bathroom was not clean enough. There was hair in the sink. We moved to another room because the smell of smoke on the first one was too intense. The second room at first didnt smell smoke due to the air freshener used but after sometime in the room the smell of smoke could be perceived. The staff always said that it was not smell of smoke because there is a sign of non smoking on each door, but the SMOKE smell cannot be mistaken with anything else.

Never going back. Don't go here unless you are desperate

The beds were very comfortable Staff are polite

My daughter and I drove 4 hours to check in. We arrived at 10:30 p.m. The check in office was locked and there is an outdoor phone that you pick up and connect with the staff. As we were waiting for the night clerk to get to the office, we could hear a group of guys talking nearby. They were also staying at the motel. They were peaking around the pop machines and looking at us, as they were talking with each other.. My daughter and I were so scared. I was ready to leave and lose out on my money. The desk clerk finally showed up. It smelled like years of cigarette smoke and the smell gave me a headache. The carpet was old, stained, and sticky in spots. The free WIFI kept going out. It doesn't look as nice as the photos. The pictures are deceiving. When booking, the app says my credit card was needed to book the room but that it won't be charged until time to check out. When checking out, I told the manager I didn't want to charge my card and wanted to pay by debit. He said my card was charged already the night before.

The motel and bedroom from hell!

Nothing! Just awefull!

Staff was rude. Room was discusting. The place is populated with resident prostitutes who "work" there. We left and took a room in a different hotel. No way we were going to stay there. It should be removed from this website to make sure no one goes there.
