For an overnight stay, the room and bathroom were clean, beds were comfortable.
Not a negative but no coffee machine, or kettle. There is a Tim Hortons across the street.

The shower pressure was great! We liked that it was a cozy and friendly atmosphere.
Having chairs to site outside our room during the day or evening is a nice feature.
The lighting outdoors was plentiful and having parking right in front of the room was great!
I would recommend staying here. We attended a concert the night we stayed and the uber ride was efficient.
I might suggest having the main office available until midnight for snacks or beverages.
The staff are super friendly though and most travelers should be prepacked with these items anyways.
