The hotel is in an exceptionally convenient location, with excellent facilities that are well-maintained and spotlessly clean. The service is warm and welcoming, and I especially enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant and bar.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The first room we were in was so incredibly noisy we didn't sleep all night, and we couldn't open the curtains because it looked out onto the courtyard. The second night I complained and they immediately made a plan to move us the next day. They made sure the new room was ready so we literally walked out of one room and into another.
For the amount we pay, and the fact that we have a private room with a bathroom, I think we should get towels. Also the shower in the first room made the whole bathroom floor wet, they should at least give us a bathmat to put on the floor, I did not have an spare towel to put on the floor.

Location is excellent. Staff were quite friendly. The dining area is gorgeous.
Soft mattresses and thick pillows. Bed bases were touching. Sink in the bedroom is in an awkward place.

They had free croissants and free juice at the reception area.
Nice detail for travelers.
Bathrooms smell real humid, partner capsules are real small and for some reason, theyre really hot inside.
