Máximo confort y excelente trato

Estuvimos alojadas en la hab.11, lo que representó tenter que subir 3 plantas cargados con las maletas ya que no hay ascensor, pero mereció mucho la pena. El personal muy agradable, la habitación enorme y nos facilitaron guardar las maletas hasta el momento de regresar al aeropuerto

A perfect base within walking distance of Andre Reiu concert/city centre

5 mins walk from the train station. The room was fitted with a comfy bed, newly refurbished shower room and Nespresso machine. Complimentary sparkling or still water from a dispenser was a nice touch, Staff were very friendly. Although no air con, a large fan was supplied

Not a big issue for us but the furniture was basic, with only 2 coat hangers , Very steep stairs due to age of the building which may cause some people an issue.

great location, room small but clean

perfect location, close to the trainstation and the city center. the room is small but has everything you need, perfect for a weekendtrip if you are just there to sleep. everything was clean, water and coffee for free.

Great location, simple but can use a bit more care

location is perfect if you’re without a car. and the fact that they have a restaurant bar downstairs makes it even better.

I liked that they tried to keep things simple but maybe they took it too extreme. there were no extra pillows or toilet papers. we realized that there wasn’t even one roll of extra toilet papers around midnight, when we ran out of it and there was noone to request it from. Also the pillows were too small and soft and I needed one more, but there was none, also noone to ask from

A very enjoyable short stay

Beautifully located halfway between the station and the town. A cosy, friendly pub/restaurant which also offers very good food.

The steep stairs to upper floors might be a challenge for some (not for me, fortunately) but this is an older building and that's how they are.

Lovely staff great location.

The staff was super friendly and spoke perfect English, they were really helpful and welcoming, the food was excellent and I the view was overlooking the street with the Christmas tree which was really a good bonus

a bit small room, but it was extremely clean and comfortable.

it is near to the train station, yet also near to the town centre. Apart of its in-house restaurant/pub there are many eateries nearby too.

Great place.

Loved the location - just a few minutes from the central station. The room was quite spacious, very clean and cozy with free toiletries, coffee, fridge, tea, etc. Really nice staff. There was a terrace to have some drinks on. The food in the restaurant was great too btw.

Only downside was the noise at night from the restaurant below.

We were expecting a pleasant B&B after checking the photos. The reality is another world! Low value for money. It is extremely expensive for the ridiculously low quality. The rooms are very old and the acoustics are terrible, people smoke in the halls. It's more like a motel, I've been to better hostels when traveling as a student. If you visit Maastricht it's definitely advised to pay 20-30€ extra/night and stay at a proper hotel

Good location but beware steep stairs

The bedroom and ensuite were clean and fairly comfortable (a poor bedside light). The location is good, within easy walking distance of a multi storey car park and railway station, and of Maastricht's old town. The breakfast was very good.

The stairs to the bedrooms were a nightmare. Very steep and narrow, and very difficult to negotiate with suitcases. The Poshoorn is probably fine for a young and abled-bodied person. It does not work for the elderly and arthritic!

Superb

I liked the room, quiet with air conditioning. The staff was great, helping an very nice! I loved the music in the morning for breakfast and in the evening during dinner!

Exceptional

Very good location. Approx 5 minutes from central station and 10-15 minutes to the bridge which leads to city center, all by walk. Good kitchen and big choice of beer. Clean room with all needed stuff.
