The apartment is spacious and exactly like the photos. Clean, comfy and has everything needed for a family stay.
The location and the front door. The area is not pleasant at all compared to other areas in Athens. The front door is a nightmare to unlock from both the inside and outside. We got locked out and they had to advise a “special way” to unlock the door. It’s also very hard to unlock from the inside so not great if there was an emergency.

We were welcomed by Ile upon arrival, and she kindly showed us around the entire apartment, provided all the necessary information, and answered all of our questions with a smile even when our check in was after midnight.
The apartment is equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. There were nine of us, and we still had plenty of space, with room to accommodate even more people if needed. Our kids especially enjoyed the complimentary cereals and marmalades, while we adults appreciated the coffee and the bottle of wine that was thoughtfully provided as a welcome gift.
One feature we particularly appreciated, especially after spending a day at the beach, was the washing machine along with the laundry detergent provided. It was very convenient to be able to wash our clothes without having to search for a store and buy detergent just for a few loads.
The apartment was exceptionally clean and exceeded our expectations. It truly looks exactly like it does in the photos! We also really appreciated the excellent communication with the Blue Ark team throughout our stay.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Athens.

It was kind of the host to provide the first breakfast - bread, jam, butter , milk , coffee etc . There were even oil to cook .
