Walk out lower level TV room with a full bath, expansive deck & lovely flat yard enhance this waterfront property. Enjoy this 1900 sq ft open floor plan of space & treat it like it's your own. Kitchen stocked with condiments & essentials. Or dine in Mystic & Stonington Borough five minutes away. The space House is designed to host 6 guests(maximum). Breathtaking Waterfront with sunrise views over Lamberts Cove from all but one room. Guests also have use of Kayaks, Horseshoes, Board games and more. Light refreshing neutral color pallet throughout. Depending on tide, maximum 4' height boat access under railroad bridge from Stonington Harbor into Lamberts Cove. Features include Gas Fireplace and Central Air. Guest access Guests have full use of property with small dock for kayaking. Its a place to treat as your own. Interaction with guests Available by phone especially for emergencies. Making your stay pleasurable is most important and our goal. Its a compliment to have repeat visitors and recommendations to your friends. Other things to note The home is on a septic system which has specific do's and don'ts. Simple house rules will be on site and in each rest room. Given the drought in CT, be conscious of water usage and wastefulness. Water is a valuable commodity. My sisters and I rent a house every year for a girl's week out. This is the nicest house we've found. The kitchen had everything we needed. The furniture was comfortable. The location met all our needs. We highly recommend this house.

Everthing about our vacation in this home was perfect. It was, by far, the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. The house was spacious enough for our group of 6 - 3 adults and 3 kids. We enjoyed the beautiful view and spacious yard with... morning coffee on the Adirondack chairs, kayaking throughout the day, yard games, and happy hours and dinners on the patio. Jo was very attentive and helped with recommendations for restaurants, beaches, etc. Just a short drive to Mystic and Stonington. We would 100% rent this again!

This was the perfect house for 3 couples that had not seen each other for 3 years. The house and grounds exceeded our expectations. The house was well stocked with whatever you might have forgotten. It is situated between Mystic and Stonington Village. Wonderful sights and restaurants! The main floor master was great for my husband who uses a cane. Josephine was reachable for questions and info. She found us a close urgent care center quickly. Looking forward to planning our return visit!

We spent Christmas week here, and enjoyed the convenient yet private location. The house was spotless and the host was responsive. My 4 ur old granddaughter said, ‘thank you for letting us stay in this beautiful house!’ Will definitely book again.

Our family had a lovely time getting together for a week at this lovely home after being apart over 20 mos. due to Covid. This home is absolutely spotless and has everything you could want in a vacation home and more! All you need to bring are your clothes and food, everything else is there for you. We will definitely keep this on our list for future vacation spots. One note, if you are looking for easy access to walk into the water, this might not be the right spot for you. There's no beach or sandy area, and the walkway down to the dock is a little precarious if you're older or have any balance issues.

We had an amazing time. The house is absolutely beautiful and the perfect/central location to tour the vineyards in Stonington and enjoy the restaurants in Mystic. Everything about the trip, from booking to departing was flawless. The owner was so quick to respond and had a ton of information in the house for places to go and things to do. Our stay in this well-appointed home was wonderful! As you can see, 5 stars across the board! The house was SUPER CLEAN upon our arrival and water views delight from nearly every window!!! The home provides all that is advertised - great layout for families, walkout deck over looking the lovely cove as well as all amenities one may need. Just bring your toothbrush! The setting is beautiful and peaceful, yet it takes only minutes to get to both "downtown" Stonington as well as bustling Mystic (both with many great dining options)! The owner has two kayaks for use - my husband and sons (ages 12 and 7) used them daily (FYI - the rock stairs down to the floating dock are a bit tough to navigate for little kids and grandmas and grandpas with walking issues - not an easy in/out for swimming). Working with Jo was very easy and she is very quick to reply to any email! We thank you very much for sharing your lovely home - we hope to return!

This house was everything we were looking for - spacious, well furnished, with a beautiful view of the bay. The owner could not have been nicer and more helpful, and always responsive. The house was fully equipped with all kitchen, bathroom and bedroom needs, as well as extras, such as games, bikes, kayaks, a grill and beautiful deck with plenty of chairs - and it is clear that the owner enjoys hosting. The area is beautiful and so relaxing. We would definitely rent again.
