A four bedroom, two bath house that sleeps ten. Large dinning room with large round table, third floor playroom, grand living room, and lovely kitchen all make for a setting that encourages family time, friendship bonding, and memories. The large yard with fire pit is perfect for barbecuing and corn-hole, while the ample parking just makes life simpler. The entire yard is fenced to facilitate use by kids and/or pets.

We had a great stay in Mystic. Good communication with James who provided helpful tips and check in info ahead of our stay. House was very well located at walking distance of downtown Mystic. Everything was super clean and the rooms very comfortable. We were a group of 6 and we had enough space. The fenced yard was great but not secure enough for my dog so I kept him on leash. Everything was perfect and we enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend this place if you are staying in Mystic.

Plenty of beds, location was great, fire pit, parking. Kitchen lacks dishwasher (which made us wonder if the people before us washed dishes as well as we did). And although there were 2 living rooms, we had to move furniture around to accommodate our 8 person group. But we made it work. Enjoyed our trip to Mystic!

One TV in the living room
Living room seemed to be the 4th bedroom and is in the common area with the only Tv in the house. Good for a group if you are in the area and need someplace to sleep and store your things
