We rented both units for a family vacation and it was perfect. We had plenty of space and were very comfortable. The kitchenettes have everything you need to have a break from eating out all meals and/or warm up some leftovers. There was a space to park a 6 seater golf cart. We had one since one of our guests was older, but the home is really walkable to the shops, all the way to the Split. The split unit ACs really cooled each unit - even with us turning them off when we left for the day as requested. The bathrooms are very large for Belize and have hot water (if you know, you know) and have good water pressure. The gated yard was perfect for our kiddos to eat with less mess and just to run around and play. We never heard any street or neighbor noise... Some points on the island musts: Bambooze has a great breakfast, get the Belizean! Ice & Beans is the best coffee I've had in Belize hands down. Go to King Coco, you won't regret it, best beach on the island. Lastly, at 4:30 PM each night wild stingrays come to the shore at Iguana Reef Inn's beach and will let you pet them. Drink at or donate to the bar right next to it and they will give you fish to feed the stingrays by hand! We've been coming to Belize for years and have done a couple of "day trips" to Caye Caulker but decided with Covid that we would spend a few days on the island and we are in love.
