The Coco Beach Resort was amazing. The room was beautiful, clean, and exceeded our expectations. A huge stand out we’re the staff. They were very friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious, and I was shocked how good their pizza was. The pool area was beautiful, and it’s centrally located between town and Secret Beach.

Trip was amazing…Nigel helped me navigate doe my husbands 40th bday…dinner on the beach with 3 course meal and decor…all excursions, food, drinks were all taken care of on the backend so we didn’t have to swipe our card multiple times…one of the best trips we’ve take thus far…we will be back!

Hotel was nice and clean and has amazing views!! Swim up bar was everything. Bryan, Edwardo and Carlos at the bar were so attentive. I would stay there again

This property is beautiful. Its definitely laidback luxury and the staff is expectational which made the stay even more enjoyable. There was no one person that we had encountered that wasn't professional or helpful, everyone was a pleasure to interact with. I highly recommend this property. Negil was the person that stood out the most for us this entire trip. He was very polite all the time and helpful with getting thing understand and done. Staff was great with recommendation with in town restuarants as well. There was not one place we ate that wasnt good!!

Only thing I can say is wow! The facilities were keep immaculate. The food was world class and reasonably priced. The front desk staff was awesome . I had my wife 50th birthday there and they arranged for dinner on the beach, room setup for birthday, cake and wine. They setup our sailboat tour and got us a golf cart to tour the island. This is a private kept secret place that I will be returning to soon. It’s only a 2 and a half flight to a tropical paradise. Lots of rich history and very friendly people.

I wish they would have put a speaker for the music at the big pool. You could only hear the music if you were at the bar.

Very relaxing.. right on the beach, and north of the main San Pedro city area. Best to go off-season like we did in the first or 2nd week of May.

Coco Beach Resort is amazing. The rooms are beautiful and clean. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. I loved the pools, the hot tub, and the pool bar. Dinner in the restaurant was not expensive and the food was great.

The grounds here are absolutely incredible. We spent many days poolside just soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. They have really done a fantastic job of landscaping and making this place an oasis.

The property is clean and safe, the staff is terrific! The only suggestion I would have is that they need entertainment. The resort is not on walking distance of any activities so therefore there's nothing to do.

Pan Pedro was quaint and quiet when you want and a party when you want. Coco Beach Resort was our favorite. Staff was attentive and fun! The food was outstanding at the resort and also in downtown. We highly recommend staying at Coco Beach Resort in San Pedro. Christie.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at this hotel and loved our upgraded room - thank you Hotels.com! However, we were very disapointed with the speed of food service in both restaurants. Apparently, this hotel serves food for 2 other properties so the staff cannot cope. Food is very good but the experience of waiting an hour for breakfast or lunch is not satisfactory and it seems that the staff take the brunt of guest displeasure when the fault lies with the hotel itself. Aside from this, the staff are generally very helpful, friendly and kind.

The layout and design of this resort gives everyroom an amazing view, cozy tropical environment and feel that is perfect for families or couples. There is a little somethi g for everyone. We could have stayed there the whole time and been perfectly content. However there's so much the island offers so of course we didn't. After a long day of exploring and playing it was great knowing we could come back to the resort to relax and had options for fine dining or laid back at the bar. We toured multiple other resorts in the area that we almost booked and were pleasantly surprised to find most of the other resorts feel cramped and mu h smaller than they look in pictures. This resort was by far the most spacious and cozy for our taste.

Outstanding resort. Clean, quiet, beautiful, and fun amenities. Amazing pools, even a waterslide. They have complimentary bikes and kayaks, and golf cart rentals on-site. Very convenient. Also, a courteous and helpful staff. I've seen a couple of negative reviews and honestly, I just don't understand them. If I am in Ambergris again I will definitely be staying here.

CocoBeach was amazing. The property was clean and inviting. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The communication prior to arrival was fantastic and helped us get all of the questions we had answered. The food & drinks from the bar were also really good. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip and can’t wait to visit again!

One of the best vacations we have enjoyed as a family. Resort was great. Not too crowded, very friendly service, finishes and cleanliness were great. Set up anything we needed from an all day catamaran to last minute golf cart rentals. Great food and drinks.
