Modern and luxurious villa with a privileged view, pool and game room

Communication with the host was pleasant; Sandra reached out a few days prior to our trip to coordinate our arrival time and provide details for access to the villa, including the location and code for the key safe. A&M House II stands as a magnificent, modern, and remarkably spacious villa spanning three floors. Parking space is available both on the street and on-site, beyond the gate. Descending(!) a broad staircase, guests are welcomed into the entrance foyer situated on the top floor, alongside three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom is positioned at the rear and offers picturesque views and access to the balcony adorned with a glass balustrade. Notably, the beds and mattresses boast exceptional quality. One level below, a fully-equipped kitchen (complete with an oven, microwave, washing machine, and fridge with large freezer), a cozy living room with a dining area and two seating arrangements, and an additional bathroom await. Stepping out from the living room, guests are greeted by the stunning terrace featuring comfortable outdoor furnishings and a heated pool. The terrace offers great privacy, with neighbors only occupying one side. The vista from this vantage point is truly breathtaking! Thanks to its heating system, the pool remained inviting even in January. Descending yet another level reveals the gym/game room, furnished with a pool table, foosball, table tennis, and a comfortable seating area equipped with a large TV. Another separate bathroom and a laundry room round out this floor. Across all areas, the amenities exude quality, with thoughtful touches such as fleece blankets provided for outdoor comfort. In short a 10 out of 10!

Sehr grosszügige Räume, tolle Ausstattung! Der Blick auf den Atlantik ist super! Eigener Stellplatz. Sehr nette und bei Fragen sofort erreichbare Gastgeber, die jedes Thema sofort gelöst haben!

Perfekte Villa mit tollem Service

Die beste Villa dieser Art, in der wir bisher waren. Fantastischer Blick auf Meer und Sonnenuntergang, beheizter Pool, perfekt ausgestattete Küche inklusive Gewürze, Kühlschrank und Weinkühler. Außenküche mit Grill inkl. Holzkohle, drei klimatisierte Schlafzimmer mit Meerblick, vier Dusch-Bäder, Fernseher mit Netflix… Im Keller befindet sich ein Billardtisch in Top Zustand, eine Tischtennisplatte, ein hochwertiger Kicker, ein Laufband und weitere Sportutensilien. Auf dem Grundstück ist Platz für zwei Fahrzeuge. Die Betreuung durch Sandra war vorbildlich, auf Nachfrage haben wir (zusätzlich zur Filterkaffeemaschine) von ihr noch eine Dolce Gusto Kaffeemaschine bekommen. Danke für die schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft.

Amazing !!! Everything was perfect ! Starting with an excellent communication with the staff, continuing with the warm welcome, to the beauty and comfort of the villa !!! There is nothing more to offer, the villa has absolutely everything you need, so I will need to write a huge review to describe all the facilities offered by the property. Thank you very much A&M House II staff, thank you very much Sandra for an unforgettable holiday !!! See you again ! No need to say that we highly and warm recommend A&M !
