The location is perfect. The view from terrace allows to enjoy the city panoramic view and ballons up in the sky.
The personnel is very nice. Special thank you to Tirgut, front desk manager who helped us a lot, never forget about our requests and was super patient and nice to us.

Very good location, friendly staff and they also have tourist service provided with a competitive price. The cave suite is amazing.

There's nothing I can point out negatively about my stay; everything was perfect.

The only positives we can say about our stay is (1) the location was excellent being a 2 min walk from the centre and (2) the staff were very accomodating notwithstanding the circumstances of the rooms we were given.
We booked this hotel having seen the 9+ ratings however would absolutely NOT recommend this hotel for a family of 4. When we arrived we were initially given room 101 downstairs - this room had the most horrendous smell and odour inside the room that was making us extremely nauseous. It smelt like wet carpet and sewerage and mould - when we spoke to staff it was clear this wasn’t a surprise to them as the only solution was to keep the windows open. The room also comes with an odour air purifier so clearly a known issue and the smell permeated the bathroom and upstairs and I could not imagine staying here with young children (and there was so much dust in the canopy hanging over the bed and the bathroom didn’t have a lock for a room for 4 people???). The manager was extremely helpful and helped us move to room
105 which thankfully had no smell but the bathroom was in disrepair and the shower head was broken but more importantly the hotel only gives one key to access your room and the keyhole for room
105 was damaged / door handle loose to the point that we would struggle to open the door to our room every time we came back and there was one point where we couldn’t open the room door from the inside basically causing us to be stuck in the room which is incredibly dangerous (and the manager also struggled to open the door for us a few times proving that it wasnt just us struggling but a real issue). We had booked this hotel based off the other great reviews however we will not be returning and would not recommend this to anyone particularly anyone travelling as a family.
