Very good location and stay.
The hotel terrace is very beautiful and could see the hot air balloon right from the terrace.
Also staff is very helpful and helped us book all the activities at a good price. Location is very good and room was comfy. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed it. Good location 5 mins to centre, excellent terrace for viewing the balloons and truly amazing breakfast that is also on this level and can be eaten inside or on the terrace. Staff were incredibly helpful, especially Fahim who allowed us early checkin and even gave us Turkish coffee while we were waiting. He also arranged our airport transfer at a very good price. I wish we had used him to help us get our balloon flight as I’m sure he could have got it at a much lower price!
All good

Close to the centre
The main light in my bedroom wouldn’t turn off and despite reporting it - it was not fixed during my stay.
