Location was great. View from breakfast area was great! Hotel staff were helpful. You could see the balloons in the morning quite well. The family room was really cool! They had a place for us to park. Easy to walk to town for meals.
There was a strange smell from the bathroom, like the sewage was getting backed up. Bit we kind of expected that as people warned cave rooms done have great ventilation.

Clean, great location back off the main road so it was quiet and the breakfast was really nice. Also really close to the bus station and all the restaurants.
And if you want to experience the balloons at dawn then this is one of the better places.
Really nice garden and terrace to chill out in after a long hot day exploring.
I’d definitely stay here again.

It was very conveniently located...i loved the hotel design...very appropriate to the environment of the experience..
I disliked the breakfast...it was terrible by any sense of imagination...a simple continenral breakfast would have sufficed...
No instructions given to request room service...!!!
