I have travelled to 42 countries, but this place is by far among the best. Words cannot do justice to how beautiful the 360 degree view from the terraces is, especially with the hot air balloons floating across the sky at dawn. It feels surreal. The night view is equally amazing. The property also has a lovely garden with grapes, pears, and other fruit trees. The staff are helpful and welcoming, and the room is comfortable with all the basic amenities you need.
The only area that could be improved is the breakfast spread, which was almost the same every day. We stayed for three mornings, and on one of those mornings there was no meat option at all. Sometimes, items such as milk were not replenished after they ran out.

its more like a big house, cozy clean, even the breakfast is family style breakfast, u feel so comfortable around people there , and the room is so calm the view is so nice from the room , we didn’t have to go to the air balloon spot, they have there own spot in the roof top at the property , even the air balloon spots is 16 minutes walking distance.

The property was very clean, the staff were kind and helpful along the way, communicating with our tour guides to ensure we had a great time.
The facilities listed stated AC, but when we arrived our room didn’t have an AC. However as the room is a cave room it wasn’t necessary in the end.

It was very conveniently located...i loved the hotel design...very appropriate to the environment of the experience..
I disliked the breakfast...it was terrible by any sense of imagination...a simple continenral breakfast would have sufficed...
No instructions given to request room service...!!!
