Great location, nice cave rooms, friendly receptionists, free Turkish tea 24/7
It could be much better with just a little more effort: if you look out of the windows at the breakfast room, it’s full of garbage which could be easily cleaned. Tables at the restaurant and bar are not swiped, when someone finishes his meal, so that the next guest “enjoys” all the crumbles. The staff at the bar is not really proactive, menu is quite poor, as well as the food quality. Having one of the best location in the city, the place could be much better with a proper management and maintenance. As a result - some bars next to the hotel bar are crowded whereas Lili rooftop is almost empty.

Great location and view from the terrace and breakfast room.
Perfect location for us, just infront of the sunset viewing point, easy walk into the centre (bit of a hill on the way back).
Really helpful staff - rang a taxi for us and booked us a hot air balloon ride for a fair price. Kindly let us check in to our room early which was a lovely gesture.
We really enjoyed the delicious extensive breakfast and the filter coffee was good. Was nice to have tea available all day to help ourselves to.
We booked the room with the little terrace (111) - what we didn’t realise is that this basically opens on to the public bar which is part of the hotel as shown in the photos (all be it down a couple of steps.. Room 110 literally opens right onto the bar which is crazy.) During the day when the bar is empty this isn’t an issue and we enjoyed sitting out there. On the Saturday night because the bar was busy we found this an issue. Especially as staff had to keep asking if this was our room when we were sat at the table outside it. There is also a bar / restaurant next door which played very loud music - we actually enjoyed the live music (saxophone and violin) but the bass on the other music was ridiculous. What I will say is that on the Sunday night the music stopped at 10pm so it wasn’t an issue.
Overall I think if you’re going to be out having dinner / enjoy a bit of nightlife it’s fine but when you have to wake up at 5:30 am for excursions it’s not ideal. Also, this is one of the most expensive rooms at the hotel and having a bar right outside made it feel more like a hostel which we actually don’t mind but the price obviously doesn’t reflect this.
Also the top shared terrace with the cushions would have been lovely to sit at but it wasn’t the cleanest

The location was stunning. The terrace offered great views of the fairy chimneys. I liked that there was a restaurant/bar on site. Lovely breakfast included. It was right in town and only a short walk to the main center. The staff was very helpful and assisted with any and all arrangements of tours and taxis. The room interior was very nice and was actually a cave.
The room door key situation is difficult. I have to twist over and over till I get it just right for it to open.
