We had a wonderful stay! The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations that made our visit even more enjoyable.
Our room was cleaned and the towels were changed starting the day after our arrival, which we really appreciated.
We stayed for 2 days and 2 nights, including breakfast, and everything was excellent. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety of options.
Just a suggestion: making sure the items on the menu are in stock is a must for any self-respecting restaurant.

Everything was good. Near to shops. Good breakfast, clean, spacious and excellent architectural design of the hotel. There’s a vibes you are really in Cappadocia. Very helpful and friendly staff.

We stayed at the hotel in October. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but it was sometimes difficult to identify them because they weren’t wearing uniforms.
We booked the large room with a king-size bed and a spa bath, which was really nice and spacious.
Unfortunately, the rooms were very poorly soundproofed, and you could hear almost everything from other rooms and the surrounding areas. There were also quite a few constructions in the area, which may have contributed to the noise.
The hotel itself didn’t look quite as aesthetically pleasing as it did in the pictures, although this may have been partly due to the rainy October weather.
The music played throughout the hotel was mostly in English. It would have been much nicer to hear more Turkish music to experience the local culture and enjoy an authentic Turkish atmosphere.
The heating system was also a little confusing, as it wasn’t clear which direction was for increasing or decreasing the temperature. Some simple instructions would be helpful.
Finally, breakfast ends at 10:30 a.m., which may not be ideal for guests who prefer to wake up early and start their day.
