Great pool area even though one of the 2 pools was closed for our stay.
The tours from the hotel were a lot more expensive than the street agents . Do your home work before booking .
The hotel told us 2 days before arriving that our hot air balloon trip went up by $70usd each ! ( 3 of us )

Hotel reception Staff are super friendly and helpful , a big thank you to the young lady . Good breakfast options . Great room , comfortable and clean .
Unfortunately not necessarily the hotels fault but other inconsiderate guests who think it’s ok to get up at 4/5 am for ballon rides and stand outside your door talking and shouting to be honest needs to be stopped .
I feel the hotel should Instil in to guests going on balloon rides to be considerate and get up quietly and move away from the hotel rooms down the road .
After a guests was emptying his bin outside my door at 2 am in to big trash bins and the guests going out from 4 am my nights were not the best .

Lovely hotel. Room was comfortable and spacious. Staff so friendly. Pool and bar are is also nice. The breakfast is incredible - so much choice and served until 1030.
The terrace view of the balloons is a little restricted

The pools are a great and reception staff are friendly and helpful
Small room and a bathroom wasn’t great you could open the door properly, cabinet had no shelves it was like it wasn’t finished
