This was the most amazing hotel stay we've had since being on the road for over 6 months from Australia to Europe. The service shown by the guys Noorlan, Mahmoud, Hussein and Mustafa was great. Any questions we had they answered and were too happy to help. Esme doing the breakfast every morning did a fantastic job and always had a smile on her face. We loved the rooms and the whole facility. We can't wait to come back here. Book a balloon view room as it's something special.

The location is good for taking photos.
1. The facility needs repair and refurbishment. As can be seen in the uploaded photos, the light was not on. And there were nails beside the bed, which is really dangerous.
2. The breakfast starting time is 8:30am, but 8am stated on Bookings. Even if we arrived at 8:30am, nothing was offered until after 9am. We waited for nearly 30 minutes for nothing. It is a strange experience in any hotel for not being able to have breakfast before 9am.
