The reception staff were extremely helpful and the room was very comfortable with lots of amenities. Loved the location.
The breakfast was not fully available at 7:30 as advertised and all of the eggs were over cooked. The breakfast offered only cereal, eggs, plain bread, cheese and fruit. Would have been better if it offered more diversity like hot cereal, yogurt, breakfast meats, potatoes and pastries.

Some parts are dated e.g. toilet door was no longer properly aligned and needed to be adjusted to get it to lock. But it’s a minor issue that didn’t affect the comfort and cleanliness of the room during the stay

Good location! Hotel is very near to Goreme village where you can find lots of restaurants and souvenir shops. Room is spacious and quiet. Pillows are comfortable. Most importantly, I had a great view of the terrace where I got to see hot air balloons floating in the sky in the morning.
Both toilets in the room are very small and have a mouldy smell, most likely because of the wooden cabinets and ceiling beams in a damp toilet. One of the toilets had such a pungent smell I tried not to enter unless necessary. The furniture is old and room is rather run-down, definitely needs immediate refurbishment. Because of these issues my stay wasn’t as comfortable as I expected it to be considering the room wasn’t exactly cheap.
