The staff were lovely and helpful. They are extremely organised. The room was spacious and well furnished. The roof top restaurant and bar were perfectly situated and the ambiance was spectacular. The location was great with little stalls across the road and a short walk to the city centre. The breakfast was full of fresh vegetables, spreads and fruits. It wasn't an issue for us but it was a little light on the hot foods.
I purchased the Junior Suite which I understood was the second best room available.
If temperature matters to you, the air-conditioning and thermostat did not work well, and for reasons outlined below, it was quite stuffy in the room.
If noise is an issue, you will hear almost everything around your room and there are also pipes that are designed to play the live music from upstairs in your bathroom.
There was minimal natural light and privacy as I could not open the windows as they opened to the main reception area.
I'd recommend understanding where your room is situated.

This is by far the best hotel experience I’ve had so far. The property is amazing, the views of the balloons and the sunset is amazing. The location is 5-7 mins walking to the nearby market. The property management is great.
