The view from the balcony, which also included a table and chairs. The rooftop view was amazing. The staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room was exactly as depicted in the photos.
Nothing really. This is being picky, but there were no tissues to use, only toilet paper. A bar of soap for the shower would be nice as I do not prefer body wash gels.

Fantastic customer services, all the staff are so lovely. Great room and very comfortable bed. Amazing view from our balcony and in particular the rooftop terrace. The breakfast is outstanding and plentiful.
Great location and we particularly liked top deck cave restaurant for dinner

We had a great stay at Tulip Cave Suites. The staff are so helpful and welcoming, and the breakfast is outstanding. Up the hill, but not too far and just a short walk to the main town area. The terrace offers a panoramic view of the town and was wonderful to watch the balloons from. We would highly recommend this Hotel.
Everything was great.

Tulip Suites hotel does not have a restaurant, however, it's right next door to another hotel with a wonderful restaurant and view, Happena Restaurant requires reservations and soon we were organizing all out activities around our dinnertime. The Tulip Suites staff is also very friendly and for the most part, quite helpful.
Breakfast runs 8am - 10 am and the chef likes to keep very strict time. Eggs, when offered are barely warm, and the selection is regional; fresh fruit, cheeses and some deli meats, cold cereal and dried fruits. Room #10 has a sewage issue and a lot of stairs with the bathroom at the bottom entry. Sewage smells seep up through the bathroom sink and the slipper tub, upstairs. The shower will occasional refuse to drain. A spacious patio is only accessible by climbing through a small, floor level portal.
