We loved our stay here. It’s a fantastic hotel, in a great location with plenty of choice of nearby restaurants and shops. There’s a high terrace for amazing views of the balloons, the hotel itself is on the hill so really adds to the views. It was peaceful within the hotel. Breakfast has a great selection.

Staff are generally welcoming to the guess. Good location, perfect for viewing ballons. Clean and reasonable price. You don't need to go far to see hot air balloon.
Only few option for breakfast, coffee machine is slow and not enough hot meal option for breakfast.

Great location away from the heavy commerce. Employees were all very nice and helpful. Fixed the AC right away after I reported an issue. Plentiful hot water.
Bed was not so comfortable, mattress was quite soft and indented. Pillows were stuffed very full and a bit hard. Would improve the breakfast by offering eggs made to order and seating on the patio or rooftop. Water pressure was erratic, mostly strong, but a few times was barely there.

Location, breakfast and terrace
We could smell dust in lot of carpeted areas. Showers only had warm water and wasn’t hot enough to enjoy a good shower.
