The hot tub and view of the balloons were unreal and spectacular.
Breakfast was fine but the coffee maker broke. Also, I'm fairly sure that when I asked for cappuccino with oat milk I instead received cappuccino with goat milk, which was not very tasty.

The property is perfectly located, with great view over the valley. The staff is super kind and welcoming, and the whole facility is beautifully designed and very well-maintained. I will recommend this place to everyone, and if ever back to Capadocia, I will stay here again (although normally I prefer to explore new hotels). It was one of the best stays we have ever had!
There was nothing I didn’t like - we were not lucky as the balloons were cancelled 3 days in a raw, but that’s not property’s fault :)

We liked the location. It wasn’t that touristy. The breakfast was good.
The beds were small and bed sheets were a bit old. The room was small. The staff didn’t speak English so it was difficult to communicate. Don’t buy the balloon with them because it’s more expensive than doing it with the company directly.
