Staff gentile. Posizione ottima.
Lo staff purtroppo non parla inglese tranne il receptionist della notte; è stato molto difficile comunicare. Inoltre, il bagno della nostra camera non era in buono stato: doccia con doccino rotto, lavandino con ceramica spaccata, wc che perdeva e zero punti di appoggio.

The location was excellent—very close to town and offering beautiful views. The cave room felt authentic and gave us a wonderful experience. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with a great selection of traditional local dishes. Overall, it was a memorable stay and a great place to experience Cappadocia.
The door is old and the lock is very trick to open. Room feels dusty but it might be how the cave hotel works.

The location and my room was wonderful....the staff was very efficient and organised everything I asked for
Beakfast can definitely be improved and was only available after 08h every morning
