Very friendly family run hotel with incredible buffet breakfast served on the terrace with great view.
Excellent location, easy a few minute walk to the sunset and morning balloon viewing point and easy walk down to the town centre. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.
Our room had a nice sitting area and window. So it was a cave room , but not too dark or stuffy.
They made sure that our balloon flight was from Goreme valley and it was a great experience as well.

It's really a nice experience staying at Onur Cave. Nice cave, hearty breakfast, beautiful terrace, and very friendly staff. They can help with all kinds of tours and activities and hotel shuttle, which saves quite a lot of time for travelers. A lot of thank you to the receptionist (one of their name is Bugra), who provided very detailed info on the tours and assisted with everything 24/7. It's part of the good memories along with other things in Cappadocia.
Not a big deal but the Wifi in the room is not stable (outdoor wifi works pretty well). The room was a bit stuffy but probably due to the cave structure.
A tip to other travelers is to prepare some cash beforehand cuz the tours are cash only and the atm in town charges a lot more than elsewhere.
