Staff weee re e friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good, the roof top terrace was nice and booking activities such as the balloon flight was done seamlessly.
Nowhere to hang items such as towels in the bathroom. Being unable to put paper down the toilets was inconvenient.

Beautiful looking hotel with very spacious franchise room and natural materials.
Huge spa bath and awesome shower pressure as well.
Breakfast was lovely and the pool lovely in the heat. Perfect for relaxing after a day of walking.
Only the lights in the outside corridor from our room but they were turned off the last two nights.

We absolutely loved our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were beautiful. Everything was spotlessly clean and maintained to a very high standard, and the pool was a real highlight. We’d happily stay again and highly recommend it.

We had such an amazing stay at Soho!
The location was perfect- it was a short walk into town and away from the crowds, making it peaceful in the evenings. We enjoyed the facilities, especially the pool which was very convenient on the hot days and watching the hot air balloons from the terrace.
The best part of our stay though was all of the staff. They were exceptionally welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout our visit, and went above and beyond- which made the experience even more memorable. Thank you so much!!
