Food at breakfast was plentiful. I particularly liked the fact that they asked us what we wanted of the provided items tray rather than just deposit them on the table, as I hate wasting food. The only suggestion I would probably have is that if some of the items could be a little bit smaller because there was some things like dried fruit that I wanted off the cheese and fruit plate but not necessarily the cheese, maybe I could’ve asked but I didn’t. But the plate is so big there’s no way I would eat all the cheese on that plate so I guess maybe what I’m saying is that if you had a small and large option.
To be honest, I don’t have any feedback here about anything I didn’t like. The staff were particularly attentive and very accommodating to every need.

Staff were attentive and pleasant, always willing to have a chat with you, and it has to be said, try and upsell tours etc.
Views over the surrounding valley where the balloons take off most mornings. Breakfast was always high quality.
Noise from setting up breakfast in the morning at 6am, meaning even if you needed/wanted a lie in you were woken up. If it wasn't staff waking you up it was the resident peacocks. Also the hotel encouraged pigeons to the hotel, who used the swimming pool area as their shower and toileting facilities. The one occasion we had dinner on the patio, staff set light to a fire pit, which meant your clothes smelled of smoke until they could be washed. so we didn't eat at the hotel for the rest of our stay and can highly recommend local restaurant 'She Cooks'.
Finally, if you have mobility restrictions this might not be the hotel for you as there are many awkward steps to navigate.
