About this house rental
Located in Hollywood Beach, this charming house for $178 per night is a great choice for your next break. OUTDOOR SPACE: - See the beach from the large, private, outdoor patio equipped with loungers, table and chairs -The patio has a stainless steel BBQ grill that uses propane and an outdoor dining area (Propane tanks are available upon request for a $40 charge) LIVING AREA: - Formal dining room seats up to 6 - Living room has sofa with a large TV. KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen with Stove-oven. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, cookware, glassware, refrigerator, freezer, and microwave. BEDROOMS: (2) -The Oceanview Townhouse sleeps 6 guests in comfortable beds. - Pac and Play and high chairs provided. - Premium air mattress on request for a $25 delivery charge.. BATHROOMS: (1) All bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toiletries (TP, soap and shampoo) and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available. INTERNET: High speed wireless internet throughout. GUEST ACCESS: - The back patio equipped with chaise lounges, table, chairs and a propane BBQ - Full propane tank is available for a $40 service charge. - The personalized self check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival. CLEANING: - All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety. LOGISTICS: - Check-in: 4:00 PM. - Check-out: 11:00 AM. - An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing. TV's: Both (2) of our TV's have access to log into your favorite streaming channels. GARBAGE: The city of Hollywood removes garbage every Monday and Thursday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. We ask that you please put out any used garbage bins in the front of the driveway Sunday night and Wednesday night prior to collection. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it. PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us. PARKING: Parking for One (1) car is included, parking for a second vehicle is $20/day. (Maximum 2 cars) PETS: Pets are permitted upon request, please note, there is a $120 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay. PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out. Please inquire directly for discounts on long term stays. This location is a wonderful pick.
Only thing is the spare room needs updated pictures and you list second parking available for $20 a day but when I inquired I was told no second spot available.
In all still was a very enjoyable stay.

The location is very good in hollywood beach. A bit noisy but near of erevything. We also received 2 fireworks on the house one night but really the location is awesome.
There is the father of the owner that call himself: (the owner of the property) who’s always lapping around the house and tell you things that you should or should not do about the house.
The house clearly need maintenance work. I repair the toilet crash twice, and a lot of equipement are old. There is not a lot of crockery. Bring your own wine glass because there is not.
When we arrived, the house was not that clean. It could easily be cleaner.

PROS: GREAT location, STEPS to the beach and broadwalk, great ocean breeze on the back patio with lots of seating, ice cold ac in bedrooms, good gathering space in the main living area, full kitchen had everything we needed
CONS: listing shows 2 twins & 1 queen in 2nd bdrm, it actually only had 1 twin & 1 queen (we made it work, but not as advertised), it could have been cleaner (bugs gathered under master bdrm curtains), door code changed during our stay but we got quick service, an older man was coming and going on the property (he claimed to be the owner and argued with me when i asked him to stop walking around the property), main living space was stuffy and didn’t have great ac, our car got blocked in because there were 3 other vehicles parked in the driveway of the property the day we arrived
overall we had a great time and we would consider renting this place again

Great location
Steps to beach, Broadwalk, entertainment. Space was smaller than it looked online but was fine for our purposes. Back patio was great! Beds were comfortable. Cleaniness was ok but we were surprised to find a purse from previous guests that was left in corner of living room and not noticed by cleaning staff. Basic cleaning supplies not included, nor was the hair dryer that was listed. We were not impressed by the teenage girls that were banging things around, swearing and yelling upstairs one of the days, think they were owners family

Family friendly
The house seems small but it was amazingly roomy! I really wish we had the bunk beds. But we couldn’t use the oven or stove do to it not having a regulator on it & the propane made everyone light headed but they did have a table top burner luckily!

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!
Due to a medical emergency I was not able to go on the trip, but my sister reported back that the location was absolutely fabulous! Right at the beach and the Broadwalk and easy walking distance to dozens of restaurants and activities. I can also say that this condo is a real value when compared to other condos on the Broadwalk! Management was very easy to reach and responsive.

Disappointed
When we first arrived at the property it was rather late due to a delayed flight. As we got into bed the sheets and comforter where all stained with something red. Pretty gross but we had no choice but to sleep there. The next day I went to make our lunch from bread I bought at the store and the bread was FILLED with ants. Those ants haunted me the whole vacation only because they where on my nightstand, the counters, the bathroom and the table. They did bring me a new comforter I will say that.

Loved the location, close walk to the beach and boardwalk.
Had a great time, the house is charming and we felt safe there. We bought too many groceries and had to leave some items in the fridge and freezer....I hope that someone can use them. Thank you, we had a fabulous time.

Close to the beach but needs better updating and maintenance.
Not enough comfortable seating. Not enough lighting in any of the rooms. One lamp in the bedroom was broken. Garbage disposal was broken when we arrived and was not repaired for 5 days and multiple phone calls (The owner had to personally get a plumber). Toilet was running intermittently when we arrived and was not fixed for 4 days. The surface covering on most of the kitchen cabinet doors was peeling off.
The unit was very handy to the beach, the one car parking was right in front of the unit, the back yard patio was private (although it would be shared with the upstairs unit) and the gas grill worked fine.

Gem of a condo! Super cute and comfy!
This super cute condo had multiple great beach views. The back patio was reallly nice to hang out on and had a great beach view too! The location on the boardwalk is perfect. We absolutlely loved our stay!

Fantastic Location, Nice place, would go back
This was my first vacation rental experience, and it was a great one. The unit is located a 3 minute walk from the beach, broadwalk, restaurants, and the major highways. We wanted to be close to everything, and in that area this rental exceeded my expectations. As an added bonus, it took approx. 15 min. to get there from Fort Lauderdale Airport, very nice.
The unit itself was nice, roomy, and very clean upon arrival. There's a private patio in the back, good to relax in the evening. Owner provided us with pack and play for child to sleep in, that was nice.
There's a second unit upstairs, for the most part good noise insulation in the unit, only heard people upstairs when they were walking around. Owner is very particular about not a lot of noise, no parties, etc. We appreciated that, as we were really looking for a low key location to relax and unwind.
Only drawbacks I noticed were: The bathroom could probably use a little updating, and closets had a little bit of an odor. Also the wall unit a/c in the bedrooms are a little noisy at night. Had an employee of the owner ask me to move my car, didn't realize the spaces in front was for 2 cars (doesn't say that anywhere either).
