Concierge Realty is proud to present luxury villas at Hilton Hawaiian Village Lagoon Tower. We are able to offer reservations in weekly increments with arrivals and departures on Saturdays only. This amazing resort has it all. Set on 22 acres of lushly landscaped beachfront property, the Hilton has married the best of Hawaiian culture with world class amenities you expect from the Hilton name. Your room has a stunning view. The attention to detail will make your stay relaxing the moment you arrive. Choose from six swimming pools, including Paradise Pool the longest slide in Waikiki as well as the two-tiered saltwater Lagoon, named after the famous island surfer Duke Kahanamoku. Indulge at the Mandara Spa, offering a range of soothing and relaxing treatments. There are 20 restaurants in the complex, ranging from beachfront dining to Five Star events. The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Please do not reserve your airfare until you have a confirmed reservation. The Vrbo calendar helps provide availability and estimated price quote. Always inquire with the agent and do not reserve airfare until your confirmation has been received. Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort, not Concierge Realty. Photos are thought to be truly representative of the resort and accommodations. Any variation from the photo and actual property are unintentional, so guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence prior to reserving. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to renovation, unavailable amenity, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay or announced after confirmation, is a matter strictly between the guest and resort, are not deceptive advertising, breach of contract or the responsibility of Concierge Realty. Note that the images are representative of this villa and that a specific view type is not implied nor promised by virtue of the images. Specific view categories must be addressed with rental agent. Concierge Realty reserved the right to reserve any view category unless one has been discussed and agreed upon in writing. The resort confirmation will show the view designation and the villa will be placed within that view category unless, in a rare instance the view will be noted as "not guaranteed" in which case the resort reserves the right to place the guest anywhere within the property. Issues regarding view within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as Concierge Realty is not responsible for villa placement or view once the reservation has been confirmed. Please be advised that if a non-domestic credit card is used to reserve a vacation rental, additional fees may be incurred. All details are accurate to the best of our knowledge. This was a great location for our first visit to Hawaii! The pools and lagoon were perfect for our kids ages 5 and 7. Everything was right there (food, store, etc). We faced the great lawn and could see the nightly luau from the balcony. The 2 bedrooms were nice and roomy. Everything was clean and the resort staff was quick to respond when we needed anything.

We really enjoyed our stay! Our views of the main green lawn, lagoon, and ocean were enjoyable! Loved every minute. The suite was super clean, comfortable and had many ammenities. Looking forward to returning with our family.

The room location was perfect overlooking the pool, lagoon and ocean. It is right next to the Luau which allows you to see it without going to the luau, though I highly recommend going. Booking was made so nice and easy with Michelle. She really worked with us to find a great place in the time frame we wanted.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The condo is spacious, well stocked, and had a great view. The property is beautiful. We enjoyed the pool, slides, and a couple resort activities. The location was perfect for our first visit to Oahu. Thanks for having us.

The size of this property was perfect for a family of 5. We were able to get an early check in so we didn’t need to store our bags anywhere which was awesome! Everything was very smooth.

Poor communication from staff , no chairs or umbrellas provided to guest pools packed and no vacancy. Paying $68 for 2 chairs and umbrella only to have them force you to move at 5pm. Ridiculous So much money paid and you can’t enjoy the resort
