We are able to offer reservations in weekly increments with arrivals and departures on Saturdays only. This amazing resort has it all. Set on 22 acres of lushly landscaped beachfront property, the Hilton has married the best of Hawaiian culture with world class amenities you expect from the Hilton name. Your room has a stunning view. The attention to detail will make your stay relaxing the moment you arrive. Choose from six swimming pools, including Paradise Pool the longest slide in Waikiki as well as the two-tiered saltwater Lagoon, named after the famous island surfer Duke Kahanamoku. Indulge at the Mandara Spa, offering a range of soothing and relaxing treatments. There are 20 restaurants in the complex, ranging from beachfront dining to Five Star events. The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Please do not reserve your airfare until you have a confirmed reservation. The Vrbo calendar helps provide availability and estimated price quote. Always inquire with the agent and do not reserve airfare until your confirmation has been received. Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort, not Concierge Realty. Photos are thought to be truly representative of the resort and accommodations. Any variation from the photo and actual property are unintentional, so guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence prior to reserving. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to renovation, unavailable amenity, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay or announced after confirmation, is a matter strictly between the guest and resort, are not deceptive advertising, breach of contract or the responsibility of Concierge Realty. Note that the images are representative of this villa and that a specific view type is not implied nor promised by virtue of the images. Specific view categories must be addressed with rental agent. Concierge Realty reserved the right to reserve any view category unless one has been discussed and agreed upon in writing. The resort confirmation will show the view designation and the villa will be placed within that view category unless, in a rare instance the view will be noted as "not guaranteed" in which case the resort reserves the right to place the guest anywhere within the property. Issues regarding view within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as Concierge Realty is not responsible for villa placement or view once the reservation has been confirmed. Please be advised that if a non-domestic credit card is used to reserve a vacation rental, additional fees may be incurred. All details are accurate to the best of our knowledge. We were ready for some warm weather and relaxation. This place was exactly what we wanted. The view is terrific! The ocean, the lagoon and Diamond head right there! The beach was perfect swimming and snorkeling. The restaurants, shops and proximity to town meant everyone was happy! We will be back! Absolutely loved it!!

The property was everything we hoped for and more. Our condo was perfect for our family and the view was spectacular. Michelle www very helpful and the check in process was very smooth. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the Lagoon Tower. The room was wonderful — very large two bedroom, ocean views. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable for our family. We even had great views of the nightly luau. Our only complaint about the property is that the pools are very crowded and there was only one water slide in operation, which resulted in lines that were so long we never ended up using the pools at all. But the lagoon and the ocean are right there, which is better than a pool anyway. Al is a stellar host — very communicative, pleasant, friendly, wonderful to work with. He actually met us at the property and facilitated our check-in. It was such a smooth process. He gave us lots of great tips and insight about the property. We had a wonderful vacation. Would definitely go back. Thank you, Al!
