Clean and very well equipped, also the parking lot was an advantage. Located only a walk distance from the main attractions

The checkin process is done via a code - ours was not working but a very nice employee talked to us viac the phone and helped us immediately, which we appreciated. The location is great, the city center is within walking distance from the apartment and there is a nice promenade by the river right next to it where you can take a nice walk. The whole area is really nice, there is a bakery with awesome pastries and coffee right next door and restaurants and grocery stores nearby. It was clean and had everything necessary, including a TV, a dining corner, a washing machine, kitchen appliances (dishware, kettle, microwave, stove). There is a balcony too, the only shame was that the weather was not very good during our stay, otherwise we would have used it too! The building is new and modern, there are enough elevators even when you need to get to higher floors with your luggage.
The apartment is very cozy, but it is also relatively small, and there isn't much space to put your stuff aside from one tiny wardrobe. That was still okay, though, but the only actual downside was the bed. It wasn't big enough to comfortably fit two people, the mattress was squeaky and not very comfortable. This is the only negative thing, if this gets fixed, then it would have been perfect.

Only location.
The apartment was a very small space, and Booking describes it as a two-bedroom apartment, but the beds are squeezed behind glass doors. It is very difficult to get into the beds in the first place, especially if you have back problems.
One of the mattresses was extremely soft, which made sleeping very uncomfortable. The mattress on the other sofa bed was so worn out that you could feel the springs, and they were digging into my back throughout the night. One corner of the sofa is also broken, so you cannot lean back comfortably.
There is hardly anywhere to put your belongings, and there are very few power outlets.
There is a washing machine, but there are no basic laundry capsules provided. There are also no basic household items, such as cloths for wiping surfaces. When you rent an apartment for several days, it is quite normal to cook something and need to clean up afterwards, so having at least a few basic supplies would be appreciated.
I also would not recommend this apartment on hot days, as there is no air conditioning.
The only real advantage of these apartments is the location. Unfortunately, there wasn’t much else that we liked. :(
