From the moment I arrived, the family that runs this place was incredibly welcoming and attentive. It felt more like a homestay, but with all the comforts of a really nice hotel. The room was very clean, spacious, and well equipped, with everything I needed to be comfortable and even get some work done. The location is perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful, quiet, sweet little area to stay in while still being within walking distance of everything An Bang has to offer.
During the last few days of my stay, I developed some concerning health problems. Since I was traveling alone and didn’t know how things would progress, I let the hosts know what was going on. They looked after me better than I could have hoped for. They regularly checked to see if I needed anything, made sure I always had water, fresh fruit or juice, and even offered me food they had cooked for themselves. They also took care of so many other small things throughout my stay, always with a calm, thoughtful, and genuinely kind demeanor.
Their kindness made a difficult few days much easier, and I felt very fortunate to be staying somewhere where people genuinely care about their guests. I highly recommend staying here.
Everything absolutely exceeded my expectations

Large room with balcony and great bathroom. All perfectly clean. Just off the main road, perfect for us as quiet! 5 minutes to the beach, 2 minutes to cafes, restaurants, shops and bars. Free bikes which we used several times to visit rice fields, Hoi An and just enjoy the scenery. Sue was super helpful and always available by WhatsApp, very quick to respond. Also lovely staff on site. Kindly allowed us to leave luggage when we visited Cham Islands, with no problem when we stayed over there additional 5 nights! Also arranged car to airport for us. All in all a great experience and hope to stay again one day.

This is a home stay and the hosts are a wonderful family who will arrange anything and everything for you. The location is perfect as it is just back from the beach and main restaurants so it’s peaceful but only a 5 minute walk to the beach or main strip. We visited Hoi An on a scooter we rented through the family and I would definitely stay here over Hoi An centre again.
