A simpatia da senhora que cuida do espaço. Apesar da comunicação em inglês ser muito limitada, o google translator ajudava. Também era possível comunicar com a gerente em inglês via whatsapp. Proximidade da praia.

Exceptional

Very nice location if you want to be on the beach! Some travelers might prefer to be closer to city center but it was great for us as we got to swim every morning and evening! Host family is very welcoming and warm - a true Homestay as they live there too. They do not speak much English but we could communicate what we needed. It’s a peaceful location, quiet and laid back with a little balcony couch and table to sit at. The room has good AC. Good value.

Bright and spacious apartments

The homestay was very close to the beach and restaurants. The room was bright and spacious, with many windows, 2 in the room plus 1 in the bathroom, and well-ventilated. There was enough space in the bathroom and it was clean. We were also pleasantly surprised by the large tube of toothpaste. It was very convenient that our breakfast was waiting for us near our door on the balcony every morning, thanks. There was plenty of space on the balcony area for drying clothes and many hangers. The welcoming woman was very friendly, extremely hospitable, and will always available, tried to help with our heavy things both at check-in and check-out.

Perhaps only one thing - we wish the dishes were cleaner. Also, we'll be happy if you put a bowl for cats, we just love animals.

Great experience!

The homestay is located in a convivial neighbourhood full of restaurants, spa's and cafés. The owner was such a nice and welcoming woman, who made sure we had everything we needed. The room was very big, clean, and the air conditioning was very much welcome. The very warm welcome and the helpfulness really left an impression on us. We did rent a scooter to get to the beach somewhat faster, although it was a perfectly doable walk. To go to Hoi An city center we would recommend getting a Grab, or to rent a scooter or go by bike, as it is not within walking distance.

Excellent location, really near An Bang beach and lots of nice places to eat and handy minimarts.

Our room wasn't the one we were expecting from the photos - it was smaller with less natural light.

A very beautiful, clean and green place! Rooms are well lit and clean! They have a lot a plants all around the house, which makes it even more beautiful. Moreover, the people are very loving and sweet! There is a very nice food joint right on the opposite side of the home stay, you will get a lot of variety that will be customised as per your taste buds! Also, please also try the massage session at the home stay, my mother and I were absolutely relaxed! overall, a very good stay!

Comfortable stay in the perfect location

This is a lovely homestay run by a lovely family. It was quiet, set a little back from the road, very clean, and very comfortable. It is in the perfect location on An Bang. It is only a 5-minute walk to the beach with a lot of restaurants within easy walking distance.

The room is beautiful, spacious and clean. High ceilings and big windows. The room is really nice!

The family of the owner lives below our room and they were constantly complaining about us moving around in our room. They accused us of dropping something, moving a chair, and walking too hard 🤣. We were not doing anything wrong. Didn't even have the tv on or anything.

Ok, Clean, comfortable bed and quiet but lacks ambiance.

Good location. As I was the only guest it was very quiet, but it was also hard to find the lady that runs the place. Breakfast was local noodles and coffee which tasted ok. Nice welcome lemonade, but this is a given at mostly all hotels in Vietnam. AC and fan worked fine, and rooms were big.

Kind of an eerie stay. I was very much left on my own. The hotel was a bit plain, I believe someone's toothbrushes were left in the bathroom and the shower kept on sliding lower, forcing me to dance around the bathroom. Rooms were advertised with balconies, but it is just a common covered hallway connecting the rooms and stairs.
