Suggested title: Excellent Apartment, Great Location, and an Outstanding Host!
The apartment is excellent, and so is its location!
Before arriving, we were a little concerned about staying in the Esquilino neighborhood, as we had read some reviews describing the area as unsafe. However, our experience was quite different. We walked around the neighborhood many times, including at night, and never felt unsafe. We also walked to Termini Station several times without any issues. Unfortunately, there are some homeless people in the area, but we noticed this in other parts of Rome as well.
Another great advantage is the proximity to the metro station, with the nearest entrance less than a block away, making it very easy to get around the city.
Emanuela is an outstanding host! She is incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. We had a few minor issues during our stay, and she was always available and ready to find solutions.
We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this apartment!

I just love everything about our stay. Very well located, 12 minutes from Termini station, 4 minutes from the metro, perfect transport to visit the main tourist attractions. The incredible house, the main point being cleanliness, is very suitable for a family of 3 people with an extra bed that can be used for a fourth person. The hostess is extremely friendly and attentive with everything. Thank you in advance for your kind welcome and other information provided. I will definitely come back! Greetings Pedro.
