The nice and very attentive staff, particularly the waiters, Tomás and the other senior waiter whose name I unfortunately forgot.
The location is perfect for visitors who want to stay in the centre. A pleasant walk to Chapultepéc park only takes half an hour.
The showers in our rooms (we stayed two times, in two different rooms( didn't work that well (perhaps it's just a matter of cleaning the shower heads properly?)

This hotel is a real overpriced scam: No fridge, No water bottle, No air conditioning, No heating, Weak and unstable WiFi, Poor lightning, Small and old bed, Old outfits.
