The room was very comfortable and wonderfully appointed. Everything was clean. The bathroom had many amenities: soap, lotion, towels, shoehorn, 4 water bottles, coffee set. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The location was great for seeing sights and finding bars and restaurants.
When I returned from breakfast, the sign hanging on the door-handle said 'Room is clean and ready' but nothing had been done. I asked reception to send someone to clean and it was done by the end of the afternoon when I returned.

Size of room very good.
Quote was in USD but forced to pay in MXN, using an exchange rate applied by the hotel that is NOT MARKET RATE so they essentially gained an extra 250 MXN. I don’t appreciate such a scam. Quote what you expect people to pay. Change your quotes to PESOS.
