I loved the location near Reforma and a lot of entertainment at a walking distance. I also liked the size of the room, and the amazing service from the usher! Israel.
The furniture require an urgent renewal. It looks old and like if you were in the 90's. The good thing is that they are working on renovations in the exterior of the building.

The size of the room and the bathroom, the size of the bed. Breakfast was fair.
The NOISE and the amenities. This is not a 5 starts hotel. The windows quality needs to be improved to be in this location and have guests, and claim to be a 5 star hotel. At least provide earplugs. The noise from the clubs wouldn’t stop until at least 4 am. It was very hard to sleep, even though we were at the 8th floor. The black out curtains wouldn’t close all the way. The maintenance guy told us that they were the wrong size for that window.. and he stapled them together…
There is no bar or restaurant, no room service, one elevator was broken (based on the comments, it’s been broken for months).
