All staff members went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone was friendly and helpful at all times. Servers from the restaurant Ernesto, were all nice. Alejandra Camacho was super helpful when I called and had a question about booking.

Amazing location in Roma Norte right in the center of the city life, with numerous restaurants, cafes, markets, and nightlife around. The region is very safe at night and always full of people. The hotel reception opens much longer than what's advertised. We made it to the hotel at 20:00 and the hotel reception was still working.
The double-bed room size is a bit small.

Clean rooms and centrally located
Swimming doesn’t even exist (smaller than bathtub and no services provided there), almost none is speaking English (not even the reception) and super noisy (you can even talk people discussing out of the elevators in your room)
