Proximity to places of interests: Roma Norte, Condesa, and Reforma. Availability of local food options and convenience stores. Clean, spacious room, comfortable bed. Close to the airport.
Construction noise starts at 10am. Walls are kind of thin- can hear hallway and street noises. Does not offer free early check-in. No toothbrush and toothpaste for toiletries. Gym is limited to some machines and is an open area. Not sure if jacuzzi is functional.

Hotel staff were really really amazing, They are the best. Helped me with baby bath tub, cookwares, lighter - as I need to lit up a candle, umbrella. I cant emphasize more on how great they were.
Hotel room was also very good and met the expectations - Two TVs(Though I haven't even turned those On). Sofa, Dining table, kitchen setup. Great location.
Bathroom didnt have a tap, just a shower where droplets were going in all direction except on you (lol), so yeah bathroom could have been better.

the staff and the location is great
The room was dirty, especially the floor was very dirty. Lining and towels were clean tho. There's construction going on and there's a lot of dust as well, but you could tell no one swept the floor before our arrival.
You can hear everything going on from your room. Someone had music at 3 am and it lasted until 5 or so, no one came to calm the situation
