About this villa rental
Nestled in Marseillan, this charming villa for $242 per night is a great option for your next trip. Villa of 120m2, with private pool and quiet garden, 3 bedrooms, air conditioning, wifi (operator free) Outside your holiday home, a terrace with garden furniture and a terrace with a table. A terrace is in the shade, the other in the sun. You can enjoy breakfast and meals overlooking the pool. A barbecue is provided for this purpose. The swimming pool measures 8mx4 meters. Adults have feet. Six sunbaths around the pool will make you appreciate the charm of the place. The pool is equipped with a bubble box to keep the water temperature at night. There is no vis-à-vis with the neighborhood, you will immediately feel at home, the villa is completely fenced by high walls. The pool in this very quiet place is a highlight of my rental in this typical village where it is good to rest. Interior: The living room measures 50m2 with American kitchen. It gives access to the two outdoor terraces. The kitchen area is fully equipped: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, Senseo coffee maker, classic coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook. The air conditioning is in the main room which consists of a table for 6 people, a sitting area with two sofas, a TV with Free channels, a DVD player. A baby high chair is also provided. This house has 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds, 2 in 140, one in 160. A cot umbrella is available. One of the 3 bedrooms is equipped with a shower room. The bathroom consists of a bath and a toilet. However there is a second independent toilet in the sleeping area. Finally a garage where you can get your vehicle and a parking space in front of the garage. A washing machine and a small yard to extend. Laundry. This small village offers many services such as bakery, tobaccos, pharmacy, U market (with sale of a producer of seashells on Sunday morning!), butcher, grocer, snack bar, hairdresser, local walk on Tuesdays .. we even have tennis lessons just nearby and being at the end of the village a health trail in the middle of vineyards. Pomerols village in the heart of the vineyards is famous for its cellar Hugues de Beauvignac. It is located 20 minutes from the beaches of Marseillan beach, but also 30 minutes from Montpellier, Beziers, Sète. Our region is full of treasures to visit as well as many water activities but also pedestrian.

Lovely house in quiet neighbourhood on the outskirts of Pomerols. House well equipped with everything you need. Great pool though be aware it is quite deep if you are short and a non-swimmer (not us). Lots of places to visit nearby. Cannot recommend too highly.

Thoroughly enjoyed a week's holiday at the villa. Very quiet area; we didnt hear a sound at any point. The villa is well equipped with lots af space for socialising and three very comfortable double beds. Loved the pool. The villa is well placed, around 10 minutes from Marseillan (nice market) and 15 to 20 from the beach at Marseillan plage. Communicating with Helene via Vrbo was a little slow but we wouldn't hesitate to book again. Highly recommended!

We expected not very much due to the cheap costs for renting. But we were very positive surprised. Much nicer as on the pictures. Very clean and comfotable. Only the position is a small minus. Long distance to the hotspots like the beach. But We highly recommend it

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Helen's villa. The villa and the surrounding area had all we needed for a superb holiday. The villa was well equipped and also had a super swimming pool. We loved the area so much we intend to return next year.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit Privatpool!!
Wir sind mit 4 Personen angereist.
Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Gegend aber trotzdem in der Nähe des Zentrums Pomerols.
Es war alles genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Besitzerin empfangen und aufgeklärt, Sie war sehr unkompliziert und nett.
Sie hat sich gut um unseren Aufenthalt dort gekümmert, sprich zb. die Reinigung des Pools.
Mit dem Auto sind Marseillan Plage, Castellas Plage und etc. In 15-20 min zu erreichen. Außerdem war dort auch dieser tolle Freizeitpark in der Nähe der Marseillan Plage, welchen wir mindestens 3 mal innerhalb 2 Wochen besucht haben.
Tolles Ferienhaus mit einem sehr großen Pool (ca.8x4m und mind. 1,80 m tief), alles umzäunt wodurch man sehr viel Privatsphäre hat, privater Parkplatz + Garagen Parkplatz direkt mit Anschluss an das Haus, Klimaanlage und WLAN, sauberes Haus in sehr guter Ausstattung. Perfekter Urlaub!!!
Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und kommen gerne wieder.
Vielen Dank Frau Regol für den tollen Aufenthalt! Hoffentlich sehen wir uns bald wieder !☺️

Villa familiale idéale
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans la villa de Hélène. Grande pièce à vivre avec cuisine ouverte bien équipée (lave vaisselle, machine à laver). Les chambres de plein pied sont grandes et il ne fait pas trop chaud la nuit. Les 2 salles de bain sont bien pratiques avec un enfant en bas age. La piscine très bien sécurisée est suffisamment grande pour 4 personnes. Les commerces sont accessibles à pied et la mer à 15 mn en voiture. Nous avons profité de tout les équipements. Le barbecue et la terrasse sont bien agencés. Les extérieurs sont très bien aménagés. Il fait bon vivre dans cette maison. La propriétaire est disponible pour toutes les questions. Je recommande cette location. Merci Hélène.

Super semaine
Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette très belle villa. Aucun vis-à-vis, environnement très calme. La maison ne manque de rien, elle est équipé comme chez vous dans le moindre détail voir plus. Le coin pisicine est vraiment agréable et la bâche nous a offerte une eau à 28°. Maison sécurisé avec de hauts murs et un grand portail. Possibilité de rentrée 2 véhicules dans la propriété. La climatisation au salon a bien été apprécié avec les lourdes chaleurs. Maison très propre et rangée à notre arrivée (quel plaisir de pas repasser derrière quand on vient de faire de la route ! ) La propriétaire est quelqu'un de disponible et très charmante. Pas de visite intempestive de sa part, juste une fois dans la semaine pour l'entretien de la pisicine. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir...

A pretty, compact villa
The property was as described and Helena was there to greet us when we arrived. She was very friendly. The area is very nice and quiet. You are not overlooked and we felt safe and secure. Only a few minutes walk and you are in the centre of Pomerols where there is a boulangerie, butcher's and a couple of bars/restaurants. We ate at le Cowboy a couple of times and the food was very good, all home cooked. The only thing that let it down was the bed linen wasn't changed after the first week. This is the first time we have stayed anywhere where we have had the same sheets for two weeks. All in all this was a nice place to stay.

Superbes vacances !
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire Hélène, qui a toujours été très à l'écoute. Maison très agréable, spacieuse, propre et très bien équipée. La climatisation est vraiment un plus dans cette région en été. La piscine est grande et sécurisée. On en a bien profité... surtout avec 3 enfants ! La maison est située dans un village au calme mais elle est proche de tout. C'est de loin la meilleure location de vacances que nous ayons réservée et nous y reviendrons très certainement !!!

Schöner Urlaub, tolles Haus
Das Haus hält alles, was es verspricht. Es ist sehr gepflegt, schöne Zimmer und toller großer Pool! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
Marseillan Plage ist mit dem Auto schnell und einfach zu erreichen, somit steht dem Strandurlaub nichts im Wege. Nur leider hat das Örtchen Pomerols, außer einem großen Supermarkt und einem Bäcker wenig zu bieten. Also ein Auto ist absolut notwendig.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Vielleicht sehen wir uns wieder...

Très belle et confortable villa au calme
Nous avons passé une semaine inoubliable et très agréable dans cette villa très bien équipée, tout confort.
Tout d'abord nous avons été admirablement bien reçus par Hélène la propriétaire que nous remercions tout particulièrement pour sa simplicité, sa gentillesse, son dévouement et son professionnalisme ; toujours à l'écoute de ses hôtes et de très bon conseil.
Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de la piscine bien entretenue et sécurisée ; un véritable plus pour les enfants en bas âge. Villa idéale pour se reposer car située dans un secteur très calme. plages à proximité.
Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location sans aucune hésitation. Toutefois un petit plus :
- De très jolis villages à découvrir aux alentours : Marseillan, Meze, Cap d'Agde, Pézenas, Sète, Bouzigues ..... (Les huîtres de Bouzigues, la Tielle et les zézettes de Sète sont un vrai régal pour les papilles !!!!! A tester absolument).
Merci Mille fois encore à Hélène qui mérite vraiment de réussir car tout est absolument PARFAIT. A Bientôt car il nous tarde de revenir....

Tolles Haus, super Urlaub!
Wir haben zu dritt knapp drei Wochen in diesem klasse Haus verbracht und uns wunderbar erholt. Im September durchgängig um die 30 Grad und nur einen Tag etwas Regen. Es fehlt nichts, die Ausstattung ist komplett und gut in Schuss. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und charmant. Ich mache schon seit Jahren in Frankreich, Italien, Spanien... mit FeWo-direkt Urlaub, aber hier hatte ich das beste Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Lage ist super, zu den Stränden von Cap d'Agde ist es ein Katzensprung, Pèzenas ist super schön und auch Ausflüge ins Hinterland (Grotte de Clamouse, Montpellier le vieux) sind kein Problem. Montpellier, Narbonne und Perpignon lohnen mindestens so sehr wie Carcassonne. Und der Pool ist auch für Erwachsene prima.:-)
